I've been trying for weeks to lose weight and i had finally gotten down to 273 i had lost 7 pounds and i felt great but fuck me ig because i cannot lose this damn weight I'm so tired I'm right back to where i started and i keep bing eating I'm so tired i just wanna feel pretty and skinny i hate myself and my mom isn't fucking helping

If you are on some kind of weird diet get off of it, just cut out junk food to start, and replace it with healthy food. FYI potatoes, including sweet potatoes are healthy a food, it's the all the other stuff piled onto them that makes them bad. A lot of other food items as well when not mixed up with other things that are not. The main thing to loose weight is just to eat the required calorie intake of good healthy versions of regular food, and up your activity level to more than what you need 2,500 for men & 2000 for women to burn them off. Time, Time, Time, exercise, exercise, exercise and consistency is all you need to lose weight
You can't exercise like a fiend today and then eat a whole pizza tomorrow and expect to lose weight
change your lifestyle, make heathy food choices, it's an every day process, no cheat days, no excuses, and stop doing the same thing and expecting a different result
