I hope to move away from it

i can't help being attracted to men older than me. i know i'm constantly told to avoid them, as they only tend to use "younger women". true, but can't help it. i know at 23 i shouldn't limut my attraction to older men, but i can't help not being attracted to men my age. idk exactly how or what to do about it..
