He is being raised wrong. They coddle, spoil, and enable him. Letting him run around and display all of his behavioral problems. He screams. He always throws fits. He won't listen. Snaps at random. None of those things would be a factor if they were actual parents to him.
I know my other neighbors hate this brat. You try to sleep and you hear him. You try to watch TV and you hear him. You try to call 988 and you hear him. He screams like Dewey from Malcolm in the Middle and has a whiny voice that seriously sounds like Calliou.
He shouldn't be allowed to act like this. He CAN help it. Don't give me this shit of he can't. He is a retard but not that retarded. He knows right from wrong and should be raised like a normal kid. Instead he's going to be spoiled and just a burden on society.

My sister's kid is exactly this way. He is the type of kid who would shoot up a school. He will 100% rape and/or murder someone when he is older and bigger. He would have been a normal kid if my sister wasn't such a bad parent. She coddled and spoiled him, she put him up on a pedestal. He was diagnosed with oppositional defiance disorder. This is the fancy medical term for spoiled little shit. Your last paragraph is a 100% accurate. He CAN help it. He knows right from wrong. He is just a terrible kid who will soon become a terrible person. In the vast majority of cases it is, in fact, the parents' fault. anonymous 2 hours ago
^ Agreed 1000 fold on "oppositional defiant disorder" and am glad to see someone agree with this rant. My neighbor who I call "Calliou brat" is going to probably grow up to be some chronically online weirdo who doesn't ever work or try to. Mom and Dad are coddling him so much that they pretty much treat him like royalty and act like the school that mollycoddles him isn't treating him right. Going to be really fucked when they're in their 70s and 80s and he is around 20, and he is running wild. What are they going to do then? And imagine trying to teach that brat or your sister's kid. Trying to speak to the child and them just screaming in your face. Tell them no once and it's WW3. Bleak future for both, and it could have been prevented. Could still be if these failures would act like parents. But I guess it's easier to buy a million fidget toys and get them McDonald's every night. anonymous 38 minutes ago
