I don't trust Gen Z or Alpha

Today I suddenly came to the realization that a lot of people in Gen Z and after will likely want to become doctors, surgeons, nurses, etc. Some Gen Zers may be in medical or nursing school already. This really fucking concerns me because I could see them bringing their political views into work and basically refusing to treat anyone who is unvaccinated, not an organ donor, or if it comes up somehow, that they do not share the political views. There's laws to protect patients, sure, but Gen Z will do the bare minimum possible and neglect them because "Oh this idiot's MAGA and didn't get the covid vaccine. They don't deserve anything from us." On the positive side, they will likely brag about it on social media and concerned people would find their workplace and get them fired. I'm Gen Z but as you may tell, I have very little faith in them. There's idiots in every generation, but this is the one I'm living in and it sucks.
