How much proof do you need
You've told me a lot about your ex and none of it suggests to me that she is remotely safe for you to be around. You talk about having to cut off the option of contact if she continues to cause problems...she's already directly endangered your safety and your actual life knowingly multiple times. Three of us had to save your life because of her attacks. Fucking let go.
