Honestly feel unappreciated at work lately
Honestly felt unappreciated at work lately for all the things I do...I recently got an award, and maybe I should be proud and grateful for it... But that doesn't translate to increasing my salary
Found out recently that my friend got promoted, and I am so proud of her.
But damn, I think that was my last straw
Thinking of resigning lately and apply to other companies but I don't even know who to put as references if they ask...
I try not to think about it but I can't help it...
they even removed the team dinner budget which was the thing that keeps me going
oh well, back to polishing my resume
If only this company was not mostly wfh
