I want my stomach to be flat, it’s not hard fat or whatever. My stomach is just loose. I just want some tips on how to lose some weight? I literally don’t have time to go to the gym, I’m still in school and my parents dont let me go anywhere far. I would take walks outside if I could but I’m in the boonies and there’s a bunch of crackheads, loose dogs, god fuckin knows what else. I’m honestly open to anything at this point, I’m tired of looking in the mirror and wanting to puke. And I’m tired of trying to look pretty, putting on some makeup, putting on a cute outfit, and trying to look good for my bf, but I just look at myself after I’m done with my make up and wipe it all off cuz I still look fucking ugly. Like I’m genuinely pretty in the face but my face and body is fat. I don’t wanna feel like this anymore. So give me tips, home workouts, diets, restrictions, how to not get hungry. My thing is tho, I deadass eat like 1 meal and a snack a day and I’m not seeing any progress so. Idk wtf to do. Just help.

Bullshit. You've got a bf and you're supposedly prettier in the face than the body? You need therapy more than I do. You aren't gonna eat like that, be pretty in the face (your words), and need to cut weight. Take the same advice you'd likely give me and seek therapy, not weight loss tips.

And now I'm gonna rant because there are plenty of people who are single, isolated, struggling with body image issues, and it's completely legit. Not just an attempt to get mad at people for thinking they're helping because they don't see between the lines.

Shits bullshit and makes things worse for everyone. If you've got a reason to feel bad it's not that little bit of extra skin or possible fat that's collected around the stomach because you don't have much fat anywhere else, and your body has to put it somewhere.

People like you are why people like me are constantly told to get on a ton of meds and seek therapy. Could probably just cover that shit up a little bit if it really fucking bothered you. Probably nowhere near enough that a guy is gonna notice it in the dark if he's going down on you, railing you, or doing literally anything. Not to mention too little body fat is dangerous.

But hey, now you'll probably take my advice, need like 3 months to get over an extra 5 lbs of body fat, and then wonder why someone like me with lifetime issues doesn't just seek help right? CBT is probably gonna be amazing when you learn how to fix your thoughts and ground yourself in reality. 6 or 18 months from now. Then you'll get more people to tell people like me who struggle with suicide ideation, getting out of bed, and so on daily how amazing your LPC was. Yoga will help enhance your calm while melting fat off the body. Pilates will tighten up your body, including those stubborn stomach issues you mentioned. Beyond that, drink more water, and add a multivitamin to your mornings. Oh, and do it for you, not some charisma vacuum boyfriend who probably prefers video games and anime women over real life hot girls like you.
