I hate pads and every kind of internal protection with a passion. Especially in this heat, those awful crinkly plastic-y pads are a literal pain in the ass. So I went the oldschool way, cut off strips of a pair of old leggings and used those instead. And once I really figure out the details on the best material to use, how to fold for safety, how many strips to stack and how long I can go between changes, I’m never going back to the disposables. It’s a world of difference on comfort! And this just proves that with enough marketing, shit can be solved.
