Fuck Hiring Managers
It’s infuriating to deal with HR, recruiters, and hiring managers who are completely out of touch with reality and just straight up biased and unfair but won’t admit to it. They don’t hire based on who’s truly the best. They lie through their teeth and are extremely fake but it’s kind of easy to see through their act. It's disgusting, they are the worst of the worst. They are truly human trash. Human snake trash. Love how most of them just ghost or never get back to me even though they said they would. The whole process is extremely rigged and unfair, I don’t even know what to say. It’s exhausting having to deal with their little games. Like just stop wasting my time and be real with me. I genuinely hope and pray to God that every single one of these fake pretentious smiling fuckers gets into a car crash which painfully cripples them for life.
