Everything is going wrong

My boyfriend and I work together, and there’s this girl who flirts with him all of the time, in front of me too. They’ve been texting, mundane stuff like about work or life, but it doesn’t sit right with me. My boyfriend doesn’t believe she’s flirting, so doesn’t see an issue with them talking.

They text basically everyday, and a few days ago I saw that he had stayed up all night with her, and text her “goodnight sleepy”. It broke my heart a little, he only speaks like that with me, and that night he wasn’t replying to me for hours at a time but would respond to her straight away. I’m angry with him and we had a conversation about it that ultimately came to me asking he doesn’t text her anymore.

It’s been 2 days since this happened and i’m upset about it still, I had to ask him 4 times to understand that speaking to her upsets me and to maybe not do it as much. He’s making jokes about it now, and when i start talking about it he says i need to move past this and kindof rolls his eyes.

We’ve been together for 2 years and are supposed to move in together in a few months. I love him more than I’ve loved anyone, but I feel like he’s treating me really shit about this. I told him that I’ve lost a lot of trust through this, and he doesn’t seem to think it’s that serious and that I have a reason to be upset
