Dog bite
My brother's neighbor's dog bit me a couple of months ago. I did not file a report with the city because I did not want the dog to be euthanized. I just reported that the dog was off leash. For that complaint, the neighbors slam the door when I am in the hallway, they say things on my face, grunt etc. Stupid backlash. Another neighbor goes around breaking doors where women live. Broken door was reported.I am sorry. Was I supposed to keep quiet with my door broken? Also the other neighbor should be happy I did not file paperwork with the city.
