Discipline is the most important skill in life
I have to stick to my routine to get results. No matter what I do, I have to stick to it. This applies to everybody. Small steps daily to habits to results. It can be education, diet + exercise whatever. That is what I realized makes a man/woman. DISCIPLINE.I sometimes have trouble with DISCIPLINE too because I sometimes have spells or bursts of effort in waves. I want maintain more consistency too. For example, I study for 10 hours on 2 days and then I relax for one day. I have DISCIPLINE issues around sweets.
