The director has full control over the association, the director sets agenda, makes all major decisions, as well as can take on any other duties and/or responsibilities inside the association.
The assistant director works closely with the director. The assistant director completes the day to day tasks that being the directors vision to life. The assistant director also manages major problems as well as emergencies. The assistant director may also take on other roles as assigned by the director or approved by the director. The assistant director coordinates and directs daily operations as well in addition to many other tasks.
The Captain of the majors coordinates with the majors of the departments, acts as a liaison between the directors and majors. The Captain oversees operations are satisfactory as well as helps communication between directors and majors. The Captain is the immediate manager of the majors. All major decisions must be brought to the Captain to be submitted to the director for approval. The Captain is also the third person behind the director and assistant director. This is a senior role. The Captain has the power to make dismissal referrals and suspend members.
Majors. Majors are the highest ranking officials in their departments. Majors must communicate daily with the Captain and sometimes the directors for strategic plans. Majors have the responsibility of implementing day to day and long term plans. They also have disciplinary powers. They may also refer members for immediate termination and suspend members. Majors are considered senior ranking members. Majors may also be asked to be a acting director, assistant director, or Captain. Including some cases where the assistant director needs a second acting director to perform duties.
