I am making changes everyday in phases:
1. I have increased my fibre, vegetable and fruit intake.
2. I have incorporated protein in every meal and snack
3. I have decrease my carbohydrates
4. I do some cardio
5. I work on strength training
6. I spend 4 to 5 hours in the gym weekly
7. I work on decreasing stress.
8. I am now emphasizing on good quality sleep
9. I spend my spare time doing meal prep
10. Decrease processed and high caloric foods from diet like refined sugar and cooking oil
