How Trump Gets 3rd Term

Think the idea of a Trump 3rd term is a nonstarter? Think he's joking? Guess again. A Trump 2nd term was deemed a no-go because of "this, that, and the other" and there he sits -- as POTUS. He has been working on his 3rd term from day one of his inauguration of his 2nd term. Trump has from the get-go of his 2nd term been declaring some kind of emergency, either nationally or in some democratic city, like clockwork. There are too many to count and for the most part they withstand legal challenges to them, thanks to his stacked SCOTUS. Trump can issue a National Emergency and declare the 2028 presidential election postponed. He's laying the groundwork now by steadily escalating his conflicts with the larger Democratic Cities using presidential flex moves just hoping to push enough buttons to provoke a reaction where he can declare some sort of National Emergency. All he needs is a Congressional Law to amend the election statute that needs to be approved by the House & Senate, and then signed by Trump. Don't think the House & Senate will pass it? The Republican majority House & Senate passed his Big Beautiful Bill even though they knew the bill will be having awful consequences for their red state constituents back home.
