I will lose 10 kg this summer. I will do it all:
1. Drink more water
2. Intermittent fasting
3. More veggies
4. Less oil
5. Decrease sugar
6. Walk more
7. Go to the gym more
8. Swim more
At the end, I will reward myself with Jimmy Choo heels.
