and without a legal team lmao. They tried to use their attorneys to intimidate me. They even said something to the effect of: "Your attorneys and I will continue the conversation if you keep challenging us"

Just over here being a single angry ndn who read his lease and knew his rights as a tenant. Also just an angry ndn who's been fighting bullies bigger than me all my life. Not out of pride but necessity. If they're weaker than you it isn't hard to solve the problem. When they think they're stronger because of their physical size there's a difference though.

The fact they thought I had a legal team hopefully means they'll start treating tenants with respect. People really underestimate you when you're not white. lmao. Feel like fucking Crazy Horse over here taking on Custer. Damn, this felt good.

These people were happily renting out units infested with cockroaches and mold. Google even warns about it now. Thankfully I'm out of the unit and everything is behind me. Feel bad for anyone who ignores all the warnings and rents from them anyway.
