These fucking thieves are actually trying to deduct money from my security deposit without an itemized bill AND tell me I gotta be polite if I want a resolution? Really? This isn't great britland. My review is backed by evidence. The truth is the #1 defense against libel and slander. The FTC and Google both have regulations against retaliation of bad reviews or encouragement of good ones. This wouldn't fall under that bit yet, but we're dangerously close and I pray to Cthulhu they overstep that boundary. This isn't Great Britland where you can still be held liable for damages even if what you claim is true.
I'm a broke ass motherfucker but I chalked off that money as unrecoverable. Now? Now I'm a clinically diagnosed PTSD person with all the fucking time in the world to show up to court, tickle a judge's balls with their shaft in my mouth, point out state law, and show them how the slumlord hasn't provided shit. State tenant law, their lease, and federal consumer law all give me the right to an itemized bill for justification of debt.
I'm drafting that letter right now so I can send it via certified mail. Fucking retarded as fuck.

Literally no landlord ever does shit in this country unless they are forced to which will make them call someone else to do their dirty work for them because landlords are cheap fucks that wanna cash in on the housing crisis without actually doing anything landlords are legally required to do.
Gross tenants are kinda ew, but if the landlord was actually doing their job in the first place, they would likely be able to give the eviction notice when they see the place is wrecked rather than when the rent hasn't been paid. anonymous 2 hours ago
