Circumcision should be punishable by death

If I was a dictator, I would make circumcision punishable by death. The practice itself would be completely outlawed in all forms. There will no infant circumcision, no adult circumcision, no religious circumcision, or even "therapeutic/medically necessary" circumcision. Any parent who secretly circumcises their son would be publicly executed. Circumcised men would not allowed to have sex, breed, or be in a relationship with a woman. Women will be required by law to outright reject circumcised men. Only uncut men will be allowed to have sex, have children, and have relationships. Any adult that willingly circumcises himself or allows himself to be circumcised will be thrown in a mental asylum for the rest of his life and will die there alone, and the one who performed his circumcision would be publicly executed. And that's how I would put an end to the practice of circumcision. I would make an awesome dictator. Oh, and also any imagery showing circumcised penises will be destroyed. Only imagery of intact penises will be allowed to be shown. This will help denormalize circumcision/circumcised penis and help normalize foreskin/uncut penises.
